COVID Tests Available for Pick-Up

Due to a recent rise in COVID-19 cases, we want to let the public know that we are offering free COVID-19 test kits for pick-up at the Town Office. Our goal is to provide this essential resource to help protect the health and safety of our community.

You can stop by during office hours to collect supplies for yourself or others. No appointment or paperwork is required—just drop in and take what you need. If you need a test outside of our office hours, please call and leave a message at 719-256-4313 or email crestonetownoffice@gmail.com and we will try to facilitate your request in timely manner.
